By creating an account or using PersonaliMe you agree to these terms.
1. The service
PersonaliMe provides personality assessments and personalized insights for personal reflection. Results are guidance, not clinical advice — they are not a substitute for professional mental-health support.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use PersonaliMe to harass others, to attempt to access other users' data, or in a way that violates applicable law.
4. Purchases
PersonaliMe+ is a one-time purchase ($24.99) processed through the Apple App Store. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — once unlocked, PersonaliMe+ stays unlocked on your Apple ID. You can restore the purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple ID via Settings → PersonaliMe+ → Restore purchase.
5. Intellectual property
The PersonaliMe name, logo, and content are owned by us. Your quiz answers and results belong to you.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't make psychological or medical claims about the accuracy of any assessment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaliMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
